A final salute for unclaimed Navy veteran, wife
Kenneth and Alice Milligan died just one day apart in early July, each in a different medical care facility.
On Tuesday, the husband and wife will be laid to rest together at Beaufort National Cemetery, where members of the community are invited to attend a service honoring the couple in the absence of family.
