Beaufort County TV to televise John Paul II-HHCA state championship girls basketball game

Beaufort County Television (BCTV), in a partnership with Beaufort’s Own, will be broadcasting Saturday night’s SCISA Girls Basketball 3A State Championship game featuring the Hilton Head Christian Academy Eagles and the John Paul II Catholic School Golden Warriors at USC Beaufort Recreation Center in Bluffton.

The game will air live at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 24. BCTV can be found on cable – Comcast Ch. 2; Hargray Chs. 9 and 113; Spectrum Ch. 1304 – and also streams live through the free BCTV App on ROKU, Apple TV, Android TV and Amazon Fire.

The Eagles have a record of 16-7, 4-0 in Region I-3A, finishing first in the region. The Golden Warriors are 18-7 overall, 2-2 in Region I-3A, finishing second. In Thursday’s semifinal games, HHCA defeated Palmetto Christian Academy 64-39, while JPII took down Orangeburg Prep 46-41.
