The City of Beaufort is seeking proposals from interested and qualified attorneys to be appointed as municipal court judges.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 1911 Boundary Street, 1st Floor, Planning Conference Room.
Questions are due by 4 p.m. on May 12, 2026. Answers will be posted by 4 p.m. on May 15, 2026.
Submissions are due on or before 2 p.m. on May 20, 2026. A public bid opening will be held at that time at 1911 Boundary Street, 2nd Floor, Executive Conference Room No. 2.
Attorneys intending to submit proposals must register on BidNet Direct through the City’s Procurement webpage under “Current Bid Opportunities for Contractors” at https://www.cityofbeaufort.org/165/Procurement. All notifications, including addendums and updates, will be issued through BidNet Direct.
