On Earth Day, sheriff recognizes Beaufort County’s environmental excellence

In honor of Earth Day, April 22, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office recognized the community’s dedication to environmental excellence. Representatives from multiple government agencies and community groups were brought together to convey appreciation to the citizens of Beaufort County who work to keep the county beautiful throughout the year by means of enforcement, clean-up, educational activities and campaigns.
