Students from St. Peter’s Grammar School in Beaufort and John Paul Catholic High School in Ridgeland raised $570 during Lent to help fight hunger in their community. The money was donated to two local charities, Second Helpings and Our Lady’s Pantry. A local business, Beaufort Rentals/ Bluffton Rentals was the sponsor of the event and generously matched the student’s donation.
