BCSD statement on summer food program

The Beaufort County School District released the following public statement regarding its participation in the Seamless Summer Option Program.

Free meals will be provided during the summer vacation to all persons in the community who are 18 years of age and under.

Acceptance and participation requirements for the Program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

Beaufort County Libraries

June 10 through July 31.

Washington Park/Beaufort Branch Inclement weather location: 1003 Washington Street/ 311 Scott Street Beaufort, S.C. 29902. Lunch, 11 a.m. to noon.

Hilton Head Branch: 11 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island, S.C. 29935. Lunch, 10 to 11:30 a.m.

St Helena Branch: 6355 Jonathan Francis Senior Road, St. Helena, S.C. 29920. Lunch, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Lobeco Branch: 1862 Trask Parkway, Seabrook, S.C. 29940. Lunch, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows, only to enrollees of the programs. Persons interested in enrolling can reach out to the program sites directly.
