Captain Andy from the Lowcountry Raptors is a Red Tail Hawk that was on display Saturday, Aug. 8 at the Port Royal Farmer’s Market. He is non-releasable due to a permanent eye injury. Volunteer Josh was his handler. The photo was captured by Ron Callari of Habersham.
