Practicing Qigong reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and improves flexibility and balance. The movements are easy to learn, are performed standing or sitting, and can be easily adapted for physical limitations. No special clothing or equipment is needed. This free program is open to ages 11 and older.
