Five members of Lady’s Island Stacking competed at the Georgia State Sport Stacking Championships at Columbus State University on Saturday, Feb. 2. In the girls 13-14 division, Team USA’s Anna Smith won all three individual events. In the boys 9-10 division, Connor Fraser won the 3-3-3 and the 3-6-3 and Elijah Fess finished third in the Cycle. In the girls 9-10 division, Team USA’s Molly Smith had one first and two second-place finishes and set three state records. Eli and Molly Smith won the 10U doubles event while Elijah and Connor placed third. Anna and her dad, Harry Smith, placed first in the 11+ child/parents doubles competition. Eli and his dad won at 10U child/parent doubles with a new state record. Molly and her dad placed second in the same event. Connor, Eli, Elijah and Molly went undefeated in the head-to-head relay and set a new overall state record in the timed relay.
