Schedule set for BFS Shorts @ High Noon

The Beaufort Film Society (BFS) has released the schedule f0r the 2024 Shorts @ High Noon.

Every Wednesday at noon from September 11 through November 13, BFS will screen short film selections from the 2024 Beaufort International Film Festival (BIFF) at the Technical College of the Lowcountry Auditorium at 921 Ribaut Road, Building 12, in Beaufort. Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m.

Screenings last approximately an hour. Admission is free.

September 18: Knighttime Story (3 minutes, Animation), Iris (18 minutes, Student), A Shattering (20 minutes, Short)

September 25: The Star & The Scribe (5 minutes, Animation), August (12 minutes, Student), Common As Red Hair (15 minutes, Short), Because I Love You (14 minutes, Short)

October 2: Return (3 minutes, Animation), Hog Tied (15 minutes, Student), The Magic Ticket (16 minutes, Short), Rodenwald: Toward a More Perfect Union (10 minutes, Short Documentary)

November 20: BFS members will vote on 1 of 3 BIFF 2025 submissions to help determine an official selection for the upcoming festival. Proof of membership is required.

*Denotes a 2024 BIFF winner.
