The suspect in the July 26, 2011 murder of Travis Holmes has been identified as 23 year old Rajerick Lovell Knight. A search warrant was served last night by the Beaufort County SWAT team at his residence on Tammy Lane. Knight was not located at that time and investigators removed several items of potential evidence from the residence. Knight drives a black 1999 Ford Crown Victoria with a SC registration of GVB921. He is 6 feet tall and has numerous tattoos to include one on the left side of his neck that says “Peanut”. Knight is also known by the nickname of “Slick”. Anyone with information on his location is requested to call Investigator Dowling at 322-7950 or the 24 hour dispatch office at 524-2777. Knight is considered armed
and dangerous.
