March Island Girls Night Out was a big hit

The third Island Girls Night Out that was held last Wednesday, March 12, at Fordham Market can only be called a big hit. Crowds of women (and even some men!) gathered at the store on the corner of Bay and Carteret streets to shop, talk, eat delicious hors d’oeuvres and drink wine.

Special thanks to Angus Duncan Fordham, owner of Fordham Market, for hosting the event. And also to Debbi Covington for catering and signing books; Willard R. Smith for taking pictures at his fun photo booth; Irene Goodnight for MC’ing and organizing all the fabulous door prizes; and all the local businesses and individuals for donating the door prizes.

Join us for next month’s Island Girls Night Out at Nuances in Port Royal.
