Lowcountry Life

Trina Smith snapped this photo called “King Tide at King Street,” a true Lowcountry metaphor for life’s changes. “This is a plein air painting by my wife Trina Smith at the end of King Street in Beaufort,” Dr. G.E. Smith said. “Notice the stark difference from the time she started the painting until the water was lapping at her easel!”
