This year, Little Brown School decided to support their “grandfriends” at the Helena House for the school’s annual holiday service project. They received a wish list of items that the residents of Helena House wanted or needed and the students’ families adopted a grandfriend. On Tuesday, December 17, students walked from the school to the Helena House in Port Royal to deliver the gifts and to sing some holiday songs. It was a fantastic time and all of the young students learned something about the importance of giving during this holiday season.
