The Lowcountry Community Concert Band gave a special performance called Folk Frolic on Sunday, Feb. 23 at St. John’s Lutheran Church on Lady’s Island. The band is an all-volunteer group of about 60 musicians and is sponsored by the Other Lifelong Learning Institute at University of South Carolina Beaufort.
