Ruthie Floyd scored two goals while Sophia Felix and Natalie Cruz Woodley each netted one as Battery Creek girls soccer got back in the win column Thursday night with a 4-3 victory over visiting Hanahan in Region 8-3A play.

Felix got things started for the Dolphins just three minutes into the game as she sent one past the Hanahan keeper to put the Dolphins up early. Creek scored again late in the first half to go up 2-0 going into the break.

Battery Creek scored two more goals in the second half, but Hanahan fought back hard, scoring three of their own before falling short.
