Coronavirus Update: Beaufort County to active emergency ordinance

Beaufort County is expected to activate its Emergency Ordinance today, Monday, March 16.

Members of Beaufort County Council will meet at 12:45 p.m. at the Robert Smalls Government Complex to declare a public health emergency, according to an advisory issued by the county.

The meeting will be broadcast live on The County Channel.
