LIMS Students Paint Tiles for Library

Lady’s Island Middle School raised over $5,000 for its Library through various fundraising efforts.  One such effort was selling tiles for students to paint.  Parents Bud (pictured) and Toni Burnsed donated their time and labor to create the frame for the tiles which was presented to Principal Martin Wright.   Keep Reading


SAR Honors Lady’s Island Intermediate School Students

The National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution sponsored a National Americanism Poster Contest this year.  This new contest was directed at students in the 4th or 5th grades, depending on which grade year the American Revolution is taught in their educational system.   Keep Reading
