Physicians, nurses and a few medical students administered more than 300 doses of the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine Saturday at the Leroy E. Brown clinic on St. Helena Is. near Penn Center. Patients first had to answer a brief questionnaire regarding their general health and if they had experienced any allergic reactions. Once cleared, they drove up to another tent and got their second dose. After receiving their shot they drove into the clinic’s parking lot to wait 15 minutes to make sure there was no allergic reaction. Start to finish took about 20 minutes with patients never leaving their cars.
