A Patriot Day event to remember and honor all who served and died on 9/11 will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park.
There will be a brief program including an opening prayer, pledge and guest speaker Fred T. White, Commander USCG (ret.), benediction and taps.
The event is hosted by the City of Beaufort and the Exchange Club of Beaufort.
Beaufort County TV (BCTV) will be covering the event live and can be found on cable channels Hargray – channel 9 and 417; Comcast – channel 2; Spectrum – channel 1304.
BCTV also streams live on www.BeaufortCounty.tv and through the free BCTV app available on Roku, Apple TV, Android TV and Amazon Fire TV.
