Like any good idea, the annual Port Royal Golf Cart Parade keeps getting bigger and bigger. This year there were 30 entries. Everything from simple strands of lights to the full-blown Polar Express and the heavily decorated entry from the Austin family of Port Royal with the Grinch sneaking up from behind, getting ready to steal Christmas.
