Oliver North, 6, was nearly as entertaining as the band during the final concert in the Fall series of Street Music on Paris Avenue on Saturday, Sept. 18, in Port Royal. Due to weather concerns, the concert was moved to the Port Royal Skate Park giving Oliver an elevated platform on which to cut his best dance moves. Oliver was at the concert with his grandparents.
