Paramedics and EMTs, as well as area fire fighters and Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Deputies helped organize nearly 3,000 Jacob’s Kits on Wednesday afternoon at the Right Choices Gymnasium adjacent to the Beaufort County School District office on Mink Point Blvd. Jacob’s Kits will now be in every classroom in the school district. The kits have all the needed items to help control traumatic bleeding until paramedics arrive. Pictured from left are paramedics Virginia Marshall and Sara Cathey.
