Chambers Waterfront Park on Sunday afternoon, the day the annual Christmas Parade would have been held had it not been cancelled due to Covid-19 concerns, according to Rebecca Bass of Alliance Therapy Dogs. “The powers that be even cancelled the Christmas Boat Parade”, Bass said. “We already had out costumes made for the parade. We even had a float”, she said. “We were very disappointed” when the Alliance had learned the parade had been cancelled. So we decided to do some community service and have our own parade out doors, socially distanced but festive”
