USCB seeking entries for ‘Art Speaks!’

USCB Center for the Arts invites all visual artists 18 and older living in Beaufort County to be part of an incredible art show this fall entitled “Art Speaks.” This exhibit is part of a special kick-off event at the Center called, “The Show Must Go On”.

“Art Speaks” will be a special juried exhibit showcasing new works of art created during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to highlight and celebrate creative responses to the pandemic through any 2D, 3D or photography art medium (no giclees, craft kits, videos or performance art).

How has this time affected you and your art? Were you inspired to express your emotions through your art? The theme does not have to be COVID related, only created between Feb. 1 and July 30.

Images should be submitted to bhargrov@uscb.edu by 5 p.m. Aug.6. For more details and to register go to https://www.uscbcenterforthearts.com/. For additional information, call 843-521-3135.
