The Beaufort High School Dance Ensemble presents its Annual Spring Dance Concert on Thursday, April 24 and Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in The Arts Center at Beaufort High School.
This year’s Spring Concert will feature a variety of works including modern, jazz, lyrical and hip hop, with choreography by Teresa Baker, the Beaufort High School Dance Ensemble director, former BHS dance students and the BHS dance ensemble members. In addition, one modern masterpiece is included in the program with choreography by David Parsons. The “Parsons Etude” is included as part of The American Dance Legacy Institute’s Etude Project, which promotes modern masterpieces by American choreographers.
