The Beaufort Police Department is looking for the subjects who committed an armed robberyduring the early morning hours of June 19th. At 2:35 a.m. on that date a man and woman reported that they had just left a bar on Bay Street and were walking to their car when theywere approached by a white male who asked them directions to Hilton Head. As they spoketo the subject a second suspect approached them with a pistol and demanded their money and belongings. A third white male in the area is believed to have been a suspect as well. The victims complied and the suspects fled in an unknown direction. An officer on foot patrol in thearea made contact with the victims and broadcast the suspects’ description to other respondingunits. The suspects were not located at that time. Investigators have identified one of thesuspects as 23 year old Jujuan Habersham
whose last known address was in Ridgeland. A sketch of one of the other suspects was completed and investigators are trying to positively identify him as well. If anyone has information on this case they are requested to contact Investigator George Erdel at 322-7958 or the dispatch office at 524-2777. These suspects should beconsidered armed and dangerous.
