Seabrook man arrested in connection to Sept. 7 Burton shooting

Shortly before midnight on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies located and arrested Theodore Lamont Frazier, Jr., 23, of Seabrook.

Frazier was taken into custody on outstanding arrest warrants for aggravated breach of peace and pointing and presenting a firearm. He is currently being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center.
According to the BCSO, the charges stem from an incident that occurred shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 7, when deputies responded to Milledge Village Road in Burton following a report of shots fired. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.
Through the course of the investigation, Frazier was identified as the suspect, and warrants were obtained for his arrest.
