William Royce “Bill” Carroll, 90, died Thursday, July 10 in Piedmont, S.C. A memorial service at Anderson Funeral Home will be on Friday, July 18, at 11 a.m. Graveside Services with Full Military Honors will follow at the Beaufort National Cemetery at 1 p.m.
