Montalván, the district readiness operations officer for 6th Marine Corps District, celebrates his Volunteer of 2021 Award with his wife, Kerrie Montalván, and his two sons Feb. 24, during the Beaufort-Jasper YMCA of the Lowcountry annual meeting held in Beaufort.
