The University of South Carolina Beaufort has earned a place on the 2019-20 Military Friendly Schools List, a compilation of the top 10 percent of American colleges, universities and trade schools that provide a supportive environment for military personnel making the transition to civilian life.
The list is compiled annually by VIQTORY, a veteran-owned small business that maintains its headquarters in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The firm has been compiling the list for 10 years.
USCB is one of 766 colleges, universities and trade schools on the list, culled from more than 8,000 schools approved by the Veterans Administration for tuition funding.
