Traffic Enforcement Team to hold safety checkpoint

Traffic Enforcement Team to hold safety checkpoint on Friday, July 27
Members of the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Enforcement Team will be conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on Friday, July 27, from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Checkpoint will be held at the following location:
• SC 170 at US 278 (westbound lanes only)
This Public Safety Checkpoint will be conducted to enforce ALL South Carolina State Laws, with emphasis on violations related to driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations and insurance. Drivers passing through the checkpoint will be asked to produce their driver’s license, registration and proof of insurance for their vehicle.
