The first-place Sharks remained perfect in region duals with a 64-15 win over Beaufort and a 77-4 rout of crosstown rival Bluffton, while the Seahawks solidified their grip on second place with a 63-15 win over the Bobcats and a 57-23 triumph over the Eagles.

Beaufort capped the night with a 48-21 victory over the Bobcats to position the Eagles for a third-place finish in the region.

Beaufort’s Adam Burvenich and Colton Phares were 3-0, and Burvenich recorded three pins, while John Legree and Ian Newell each won twice.

Beaufort is 1-2 in region matches and was slated to travel to Colleton County on Wednesday before hosting the Region 7-4A individual qualifier Saturday
