The SC sales tax holiday will begin Friday, August 1 at 12:01 AM and will end Sunday, August 3 at 12 midnight.
Clothing, footwear, school supplies, computers, printers, blankets, bath towels, and pillows are only a few of the items that are exempt from sales tax during this tax free weekend. However, there are items that are not exempt.
