The Sea Island Quilters, a not-for-profit organization created to promote the art of quilt-making, will hold a quilt show, Southern Comforts on Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6, at the Holiday Inn.

“This will be a very special show for us since we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary. Our group was founded in 1987 and some of us have been stitching together ever since,” according to a press release.
