The Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Beaufort County will be conducting new poll manager training. All persons interested in working the polls for the first time may enroll in one of these sessions.
The dates, times and locations of the training sessions are as follows:
- Thursday, Aug. 30, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Hilton Head Library, 11 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926
- Thursday, Sept. 6, 5 p.m.-10 p.m., Disability & Special Needs (DSN), 100 Clearwater Way, Beaufort, SC 29906
- Saturday, Sept. 8, 10 a.m.–3 p.m., Bluffton Library, 120 Palmetto Way, Bluffton, SC 29910
The sessions will last approximately five hours. It is recommended that you bring a snack to eat/drink during short breaks.
