New Coastline focuses on emergency preparedness

A new episode of The County Channel’s series Coastline outlines Beaufort County emergency preparedness procedures while incorporating safety precautions related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Coastline host Rick Forschner welcomes Col. Neil Baxley, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Management Division commander, back to The County Channel studio.

The episode updates the public on policies that have been put in place this hurricane season. Having a plan and staying informed is the hallmark of this discussion, should an evacuation take place during this busy hurricane season.
