Lowcountry Food Truck Festival a success

An estimated 8,000 attend event in downtown Port Royal

Paris Avenue was lined with food trucks Saturday, April 5, as the 2025 Lowcountry Food Truck Festival was a repeat success.

Thousands turned out for food and drinks from more than 20 food trucks and live music from Campfire Tyler and the Broke Locals. Not to mention the craft vendors, games and bounce houses.

“The food was mouthwatering, the craft vendor offerings were eclectic, the music was energetic, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day,” said Kay McIntyre of Lowcountry Pride, which hosted the 2025 Lowcountry Food Truck Festival. “Thank you so much to the Lowcountry community for coming out, enjoying some delicious food, and celebrating the hospitality and local charm that makes Port Royal so special.”

According to McIntyre, oved the course of eight hours, the festival saw an estimated 8,000 attendees seewhat the 21 food trucks and 24 craft/artisan vendors had to offer.
