If you’re lucky enough to be born on St. Paddy’s Day, you’re lucky enough! Several little leprechauns arrived on March 17 at the Beaufort Memorial Collins Birthing Center and photographer Charlotte Berkeley was “lucky enough” to catch up with two of them. Arriving at 12:47 a.m. was the first St. Paddy’s Day baby of 2022, Donovan Yelder, son of Keisha Ware and Jerome Yelder of Beaufort. Later that morning, Jahi Clark joined him in the nursery. He’s the son of Kayla and Tyrod Clark of St. Helena Island. Wishing “the luck of the Irish” to all our St. Patrick’s Day babies and their families.
