Green was recognized as the cadet who exhibited potential military leadership skills in the JROTC Detachment at Whale Branch Early College High School. The presentation was made on Senior Awards night on May 12. The local Military Officers Association of America chapter presents Junior ROTC Medal certificates and grants annually to outstanding military cadets in Beaufort’s high schools with Junior ROTC detachments.
