The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed on Monday, September 2 in observance of the Labor Day state holiday. Please remember that the days before and after a holiday are often extremely busy at DMV. Customers may want to choose another time to visit their local DMV office or process their transactions online at the agency website at www.scdmvonline.com. All Beaufort County Government offices will be closed Monday September 2nd for the Labor Day Holiday. These closings include all County Public Library Branches, all County Convenience Centers and all Parks and Leisure Services (PALS) recreation centers. Business at all of the county facilities will resume Tuesday, September 3.
