Angel Viagneur, manager of the popular restaurant in Port Royal, said they did it first Friday simoly out of respect for the fallen. “It was so well received”, Viagneur said. “We were taken back by the positive response. People took photos it”, while still others quietly began to tear up. Viagneur said the memorial will on display through Sunday.
