Blakely T. Williams, the President of the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2011, will leave her job Jan. 31, 2020.
Williams made the announcement in a release Wednesday, Dec. 11.
“It has been my great privilege to work with an exceptionally dedicated and skilled team of professionals on staff and on the Board of Directors,” Williams said in the release. “Thank you for the opportunity to serve your organization. Know that I will continue to invest my time and energy in to making this the preferred community to invest, prosper and enjoy.”
The Chamber Board of Directors has appointed a search committee to find a new Chamber President.
