Area cadets named to The Citadel’s spring 2020 dean’s list
The dean’s list is a recognition given to cadets and students who are registered for 12 or more semester hours and whose grade point average is 3.20 or higher, with no grade of I (Incomplete) and no grade below C for work in a semester.
Local cadets and students named to the dean’s list include: Christopher Rohrer of Beaufort; Louis Walker of Beaufort; Matthew Hurtt of Beaufort; Joshua Desmore of Beaufort; Christian Najjar of Beaufort; Kenneth Spurlock of Beaufort; Ethan McKenzie of Beaufort; Ryan Henrickson of Beaufort; Ty Bouscal of Beaufort; Stephanie Childers of Beaufort; Thomas Conrad of Beaufort; Lyndsay Pires of Goose Creek.
Area cadets earn gold stars at The Citadel
Gold stars are awarded to cadets and students at The Citadel who achieved a 3.7 grade point average or higher. Cadets and students who achieve gold star recognition are also placed on The Citadel’s dean’s list.

Beaufort’s Dwight on 2019-2020 FCSAA All-Academic Team
Beaufort’s Donovan Dwight was among more than 40 students from Tallahassee Community College named to the Florida College System Activities Association’s All-Academic Team for having attained a minimum 3.30 GPA during the 2019-2020 academic year.
Tallahassee Community College is consistently ranked as one of the top community colleges in the nation.
