Join the YMCA for Senior Wellness Week October 19-23, 2015 with a daily activity geared to get you moving safely in the right direction! Activities include: Strength & cardio, cycling 101, yoga, swimming plus diet and nutrition information focusing on disease prevention. All activities are entry level and include discussion time. This is free and open to the public. Daily October 19-23, 2015 with activities starting at 12 noon until approximately 1 p.m. at the YMCA of Beaufort County, 1801 Richmond Avenue, Port Royal.
