Join the YMCA for Senior Wellness Week October 19-23, 2015 with a daily activity geared to get you moving safely in the right direction! Activities include: Strength & cardio, cycling 101, yoga, swimming plus diet and nutrition information focusing on disease prevention. All activities are entry level and include discussion time.
