Galloway, 74, of Interlachen, Fla,, formerly of St. Helena Island, S.C., entered the sunset of life, Monday, October 4, 2021, at Putnam Community Medical Center, Palatka, Fla., son of the late Allen Robert Galloway and Helen Chisholm Galloway. Joe was the brother of Rev. Dr. William A. Galloway, Helen Galloway Evans, and Edith Galloway. Funeral services and burial were in Interlachen, Fla.
