Christen Noelle Miller, LMT, PTA, ES, age 40 of Beaufort, S.C., died Dec. 8, 2025.
Christen was born to Larry Miller and Betty Rhoads Miller (Ennis) on Nov. 15, 1985, in Beaufort. She was raised in Beaufort, where she graduated from the Technical College of the Lowcountry with multiple degrees.
She was a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and later became a Licensed Esthetician graduating from A3 Academy in Bluffton, SC. Christen dedicated her life to her professions of Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Esthetics working in several job settings including private Massage Therapy Clinics, Physical Therapy Clinics and Esthetics Settings.
She owned the Spa at Celadon in partnership with her stepfather, Kevin Ennis, for several years. Christen provided Massage and Physical Therapy services to local patrons of all ages and individuals from around the globe.
She devoted immeasurable time and talent to the care of others. Christen was a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
More than anything, Christen cherished the loves of her life, her family and friends, and her professions.
Christen was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Richard and Betty Rhoads, three uncles, Rick, Daryl, and Jeff Rhoads, and her cousin, Glenn Rhoads. Christen is survived by her parents, Betty and Kevin Ennis, her biological father, Larry Miller, uncles Cameron and Paul Rhoads, two stepbrothers, Hunter and Tyler Ennis, multiple cousins, aunts, nieces, and her paternal grandparents, Cliff and Carol Miller.
Christen fought her battles with CHF and cancer with vigor and ultimately succumbed to complications of cancer. Christen loved and lived her life HARD. She was a brilliant and complicated girl with a “spitfire” personality who utilized her talents to benefit others. Christen continues to care for others, by having donated her body to science.
Her parents wish to express their gratitude to her care team at the MUSC and Beaufort Memorial Keyserling Cancer Center Radiation Oncology, Oncology Specialists, Low Country Medical Group Gastroenterology, Publix Pharmacy (Lady’s Island), CVS Pharmacy (Port Royal), Agape Care Palliative and Hospice services, and our community for the unwavering support during this most difficult of times.
