Bathe celebrates one-year anniversary

Bathe of Beaufort will celebrate its one year anniversary from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24.

The public is invited to attend the celebration for an evening of fun. Guests can enjoy giveaways, catering by Saltus River Grill, and dessert bites made by Tout Sweet Macarons. The shop will also be unveiling their limited edition anniversary scent.

Bathe offers a complete line of handcrafted soap, bath, and body products made in Beaufort. The shop sources ingredients locally as often as possible and fills the products with nourishing oils and butters. Visit them at 210 Scott Street in downtown Beaufort or at BatheinBeaufort.com.

Chamber of Commerce hosting Military Appreciation Day

The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to host its annual Military Appreciation Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Laurel Bay Welcome Center.

This event is a way, as a community, to say “thank you” to the military personnel and families who sacrifice so much for us on a daily basis.

The event is free and open to active-duty military and their families and features a fun atmosphere with food, drinks, music, and games.
