This hour-long class, “Solving Hip and Knee Pain,” will be held Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 1 to 2 p.m. in the classroom of Beaufort Memorial Express Care and Occupational Health, located at 1680 Ribaut Road in Port Royal.
Aiken will dig into treatments and services that can help restore mobility, as well as symptoms of joint-related problems and personalized plans for resolving pain – at-home stretches and exercises, medical management, physical therapy and more.
Aiken will also discuss available surgical options, including robot-assisted joint replacement and outpatient surgery, and explain what patients can expect during their recovery period.
The seminar will also include a question-and-answer portion.
