Emergency response providers in Beaufort County have teamed up to collect non-perishable food items during the 3rd Annual Beaufort County First Responder Food Drive, according to a news release.
The food drive, which runs from Friday, Nov. 1 through Friday, Dec. 13, is geared towards ensuring food bank shelves are restocked ahead of the Christmas holiday. Donations will be collected and distributed to Help of Beaufort and Bluffton Self Help on Monday, Dec. 16.
For those interested in donating non-perishable food items, donation boxes are located at various locations throughout Beaufort County. The participation locations and addresses include:
